Terms of use

WeldonPC.biz Domain Check ("the site") is run by WeldonPC.com. Using it means you accept these terms.

What the site does

It reads public records about a domain name and explains them. Reports describe what was found at the time of the check. They are general information, not a security audit or a guarantee that mail will be delivered or a site is safe. Check any change against your own provider's instructions before you make it.

Fair use

Check domains you own, manage or deal with. Do not use the site to probe others at scale or to get around its limits (15 fresh checks a day per visitor). We may block traffic that breaks this.

Plans and payment

Domain Watch costs $1.95 a month or $19.50 a year (1 domain); Office Watch $4.95 a month or $49.50 a year (up to 5 domains). During the preview, payments are switched off and every plan is free. When payments are on, PayPal takes them, plans renew until cancelled, and you can cancel any time in PayPal; your plan runs to the end of the period already paid. If the service is discontinued, unused paid time is refunded.

Your Watch Desk

A desk is opened by a private link. Anyone holding the link can open it; keep it safe. Desks not opened for 400 days and without a running paid plan are deleted. You can delete yours at any time.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, WeldonPC.com is not liable for losses from relying on a report, or from a check that did not run, beyond the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
